POLICY -If you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by e-mail within 3 days from the date you receive the product. Refunds and exchanges ONLY on damaged or lost merchandise -Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. The package should contain everything it did on arrival. Products returned in other than above condition will not be exchanged.
